Yorokobi Art ("we", "us", "our") operates the Yorokobi Art mobile and web application (the "app"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
When you register, we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, and birthday. When you book a session or attend a workshop, we record your booking details, payment method, and payment slip. When you earn or redeem loyalty points, we track your transactions and redeemed vouchers. Uploaded artwork images are also stored to build your artistic journey profile.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to confirm bookings, process payments, manage the loyalty programme, issue welcome and birthday vouchers, send booking notifications, and improve our workshops and services. Your birthday is used solely to determine eligibility for the birthday voucher and is locked once set.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with payment providers to process transactions and with email services to send you booking confirmations. Studio staff may access your booking and loyalty records to deliver services and assist you in person.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time from the Profile page, which removes your personal information and associated records in line with our retention schedule.
