Welcome to Yorokobi Art. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Yorokobi Art app and your participation in our ArtJam sessions, art classes, workshops, and events. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and Payments
A deposit is required to confirm most bookings. Deposits and full payments for special workshops are non-refundable. Bookings remain pending until payment is verified by our team. You may cancel a pending booking from the app, but confirmed sessions are subject to the studio cancellation policy.
Loyalty Programme
Loyalty points are earned on eligible spending and may be redeemed for vouchers and rewards from the in-app catalogue. Points expire according to the annual forfeiture rule, and only one voucher may be used per transaction. We reserve the right to adjust the reward catalogue and point values.
Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, use the app only for lawful purposes, and not abuse the booking or loyalty systems. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, attempt to forge bookings or balances, or flood the studio with spam requests.
Liability
Yorokobi Art is not liable for any loss or injury arising from participation in studio sessions beyond the limits set by applicable law. Sessions are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled at the studio discretion.
